Lily was truly exceptional. I found her on the Magnolia webpage. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with her since I was set on buying in Park Meadows and I’m so thankful I did. Lily was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn’t pick up, she would always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. She did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, and status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the documents that you get when you are buying new construction. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. She really treats the situation like they are purchasing the property – she looks out for you and has your best interests in mind. Lily will work with you to make your desires a reality. She is also very well-versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, she was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Her cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence they would get the job done – and she did! Her promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, and good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. I won't hesitate to recommend her.
